Vermont Gas Retains CHA for Pipeline Expansion

CHA has been hired to provide project management, engineering, surveying, right of way, environmental assessment, permitting, procurement, and construction management services in support of Vermont Gas Systems’ $58 million expansion into Vergennes and Middlebury, VT. Construction is scheduled for 2014 and 2015.

The project significantly expands Vermont Gas Systems’ transmission and distribution facilities, making natural gas available to customers in Addison County. The new facilities will also position Vermont Gas for future expansion.
