CHA and CHA Tech Adds New Jersey Service Plazas to HMSHost Portfolio

CHA and CHA Tech Services (CHATS) have provided design and on-site construction management to HMSHost for more than 10 years for the reconstruction of service plazas. These projects have included service plazas along the Pennsylvania Turnpike including Highspire, South Midway, Bowmansville, Hickory Run, Lawn, and New Stanton.

HMSHost is currenting initiating a 5-year plan to remodel or demolish each of its services plazas along the New Jersey Turnpike. CHATS will be providing full-time, on-site construction management services for the Thomas Edison Service Plaza and Monmouth Service Plaza as part of this effort. The projects are expected to run from September 2018 through May 2019.
