Albany, NY – CHA Consulting, Inc. (CHA), an innovative, full-service engineering consulting and construction management firm, announces one of its largest offices located in Indianapolis, IN, will move a few blocks from the historic and beloved Union Station building on Meridian Street to the Capital Center South Tower at 201 N. Illinois Street in early 2022. CHA has signed an eleven-year lease for approximately 24,000 SF of space on the 8th and 9th floors of this premier downtown building, steps from the city’s famed Monument Circle.

“Indianapolis is a core location for our company servicing key local and national clients across multiple business lines, including aviation, water, highways, bridges, architecture, and utilities. We are committed to a long future in the downtown Indianapolis area and building on our strong platform,” said Jim Stephenson, CEO, CHA Holdings, Inc. and President, CHA Consulting, Inc.

“While we have a special fondness for Union Station and our many great years there, our office management and staff are equally elated about occupying beautiful and newly renovated space in the Capital Center South Tower. This move further reinforces our dedication and loyalty to the city of Indianapolis and all of our long-standing local clients. The new space will also provide an inspiring home for our growing team of talented professionals,” said Andy Hahn, Indianapolis Co-Office Leader and Midwest Market Segment Leader.

“We are thrilled that CHA has chosen to relocate their Indianapolis operation to the newly redesigned Capital Center.; It was our goal, when undertaking this renovation, to redesign the common areas, outdoor space, and amenities to create an active community to help companies like CHA recruit and retain the best talent the area has to offer. We are excited to see the open collaborative space that CHA is building, and we look forward to a long, prosperous relationship.” stated Nick Trimpe, Leasing Director at Zeller.

The Capital Center space is being renovated for CHA with a plan to occupy the new office in the first quarter of 2022. CHA has more than 110 employees in Indianapolis and is currently recruiting more than a dozen open positions that could be filled in its Indianapolis office.
