Erik S. Wolfe, PE, LEED AP, Named Vice President, Facilities Submarket Leader at CHA

ALBANY, NY – CHA Consulting, Inc. (CHA) announces Erik S. Wolfe, PE, LEED AP, has joined the firm as Vice President, Facilities Submarket Leader.  Mr. Wolfe will be based in the Parsippany, New Jersey office where he will be responsible for growing and strengthening CHA’s facilities presence in the New York City metro market by providing leadership in project planning and strategy to Campus & Institutional Group clients, and supporting the initiatives of the Transportation and Industry & Energy Groups.

Mr. Wolfe joins CHA with more than 16 years of mechanical engineering experience with a variety of facilities including data centers, transportation venues, libraries, schools, maintenance buildings, museums, offices, control rooms and laboratories for public and private clients.  He brings extensive technical knowledge in the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) field and has led facilities projects from conception and design through project construction.

Prior to joining CHA, Mr. Wolfe served as a Senior Project Manager and MEP/VT Practice Leader as an associate vice president for AECOM.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.  He is a Professional Engineer (PE) in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Maryland, and Colorado.  He is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional.
