Park Central Hotel, WestHouse Hotel New York

Inspired by nearby Central Park, the Park Central Hotel in Midtown Manhattan completed a significant renovation to its 934 guest rooms, seamlessly weaving together old and new. LaSalle Hotel Properties entrusted CHA as their owner’s project representative.

This project involved the creation of distinct hotels within the property, complete with separate lobbies and upgraded elevators. The renovation also included the introduction of new retail space, white box construction, and the relocation of a fully equipped kitchen. The Park Central Hotel remained operational throughout the renovation, making meticulous scheduling and project coordination a crucial component. CHA also provided owner’s project representative services to the WestHouse Hotel, the sister property to the Park Central Hotel. This project focused on elevating the guestrooms, enhancing the terrace lounge, and reimagining the lobby, all to deliver an unparalleled luxury experience.
